Building with Wisdom!
On June 14th , I went to a prayer meeting at one of my church member’s homes. The prayer request was for a marriage alliance for their daughter. I shared this verse in their home: Proverbs 14:1 (KJV) Every wise woman buildeth her house: but the foolish plucketh it down with her hands. It is through wisdom that one can build or construct a house. Building a house is not just about the physical structure—it includes nurturing relationships within the family. Anything that is to be built requires wisdom, and we all know that true wisdom comes from God—godly wisdom, not the devil’s cunning or destructive thoughts. This verse presents two opposites: one who builds and one who destroys. The first part of the verse says, “wise woman.” Let us look deeper. The church is the woman who is wisely building the house of the Lord for His second coming. No matter how many hurdles the world and the enemy impose, the church is wisely and quietly doing her work.
