Tower of Strength
Proverbs 18:10 (KJV) The name of the Lord is a strong tower: the righteous runneth into it, and is safe. What is the first name that comes to mind when crisis arises? Who are you relying on? In times of adversity, do you think about your mother, father, siblings, or other loved ones? Do you flee to mortals on the ground or to the Almighty God seated on the throne? The name of the Lord is described as a strong tower in this verse. Unbelievers seek assistance from their peers. The righteous, on the other hand, seeks the Lord. We are made righteous by Jesus' blood, and we should always flee to him; we shall be protected in Christ. We are all familiar with the definition of running. Running can also mean 'swift' or 'fast.' Make no hasty decisions in times of crisis; instead, promptly pray to the Lord your God. When you kneel and pray, you are elevated to the highest tower and find shelter there.
